When I don’t set goals, thoughts get stuck in my head, and not much gets done. Writing them down is the first step to allowing them into my life. Here are my April food storage, emergency prep and family goals.

The thing I love about goal setting is the freedom I have to alter or move goals as needed. Next, I put these goals on my Google calendar. Which makes it easy to edit as needed.
