This Week’s Menu Plan

One of the most effective ways to save money and use your food storage is to plan weekly menus with foods that you store. Here are my menu ideas for the week:

BREAKFASTS
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip muffins (make night before), fruit
Oatmeal or cereal, banana
Scrambled egg, toast, canned pears
Oatmeal or cereal, banana
Strawberry Banana protein smoothie, toast
Applesauce spice muffins, fruit
Oatmeal or cereal, banana

LUNCHES
Grilled ham/cheese sandwich, carrots
Tuna salad, nuts
PB&Honey sandwich, peach
Quesadillas, apple slices
PB&Honey sandwich, apple
Tuna sandwich, grapes
Soup, salad, roll

DINNERS
Rigatoni bake, green salad, cantaloupe
Crockpot Barbecue Chicken, french bread, green salad
Chicken & Rice Casserole, spinach w/strawberries mandarin orange salad, peas
Steak, grilled vegetables, Rice-a-Roni
Spaghetti, cantaloupe, vegetable
Chicken Tortilla Casserole, fruit
Eat out

SNACKS
Yogurt
Frozen pretzels
Watermelon
Cherries
