This Week’s Menu Plan

Last week I discovered we don’t eat as much as we used to. My family at home keeps shrinking. With two kids married, one in college, one on a mission, two in high school and one in elementary school that only leaves five of us at home. I keep making enough food for 6 to 8! However, leftovers are always good for lunch. Planning menus has been fun. I look in the pantry and find things that are not being eaten as much, then find recipes to use them up. Here are the menus for this week.

DINNERS
MON.: Burritos from leftover pot roast, Chips & salsa
TUES.: Beef Stir Fry, Rice, Canned peaches
WED.: Easy Chicken Stew, Cornbread (try using canned chicken)
THUR. Bow Tie Pasta Salad, Canned pears, French bread
FRI. Taco Soup w/chips (use ground turkey)
SAT. Eat Out
SUN. Easy Lasagna, Green salad, Bread
