September 2012 Case Lot Sales

Just a heads up that there will be a few food storage case lot sales this month in Utah.

Harmon’s started their sale yesterday, August 31st, and it will run for 2 weeks.

Smith’s starts their sale Wednesday, September 5th. Typically the sale runs for 2 weeks or while supplies last.

(Update: got the ad) I was told the ad is available now at Smith’s customer service counter, but I have not had a chance to look at it. I did ask about the price of peanut butter. Happy to say that a 12 ct. case of 18 oz. Kroger crunchy or creamy peanut butter will be $18.99 or $1.59 ea. That’s a better price than the large containers at Costco or Sam’s. I’m stocking up! We don’t go through peanut butter quickly, so this size works for us. Smith’s doesn’t break the case, so you have to buy all 12 or split it with a friend.

You are welcome to compare prices at these stores with my Fall 2012 Utah Case Lot Sale Price Comparison to find the best bargains.
